The Las Trampas Pool Board is made up of dedicated volunteers who provide practical support for the Club. Board positions are typically held for 2-year rotations. Please feel welcome to introduce yourself if you see a Board Member on deck! We are always eager to hear feedback and answer your questions about the Pool.

Vice President

The Vice President performs the duties of the President in the case of his/her absence, and is the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the Pool Manager. The VP also manages the Adult Lap Swim program and other special projects.
Paul and his family joined Las Trampas Pool in 2022.
Membership Director

The Membership Director maintains the membership waiting list, welcomes new members to the pool, and manages the purchase and sale of memberships by incoming and outgoing families. She also issues all gate codes.
Ayesha and her family have been members of LT since 2019.
Secretary

The Secretary writes and sends pool-wide communications, manages the pool calendar, creates social media and website updates, and prepares board meeting agendas and minutes.
Marisa and her family have been members of LT since 2015.
Swim Team Co-Directors
Amy Coombe and
Heather Kellert

The Swim Team Co-Directors oversee all aspects of the Las Trampas Swim Team, including hiring and management of the coaching staff, coordination of parent job functions, and development of team schedules, registrations, and logistics. Spring and fall clinics, practices, spirit events, and meets are organized under their direction.
The Swim Team Co-Directors also manage LTST’s pre-team programs, Mudskippers and Sea Ponies, as well as Seahorse Day Camp and private swimming lessons.
The Coombe and Kellert families both joined Las Trampas in 2021.
Treasurer
Brian Forth

The Treasurer manages the pool's annual budget, reports monthly revenue and expenses to the Board and coordinates all tax filings. Brian also advises on appropriate reserves for capital improvements and repairs.
The Forth family joined Las Trampas in 2017.
Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance projects to be completed on the Las Trampas property, and manages all vendors related to those projects. Ross has a background in construction management, and has improved the facilities at Las Trampas in countless ways with his professional expertise.
Ross and his wife have been LT members since 2024, and Ross joined the board in 2025.
Operations Director

The Operations Director ensures that the facility is safe for the enjoyment of pool patrons, and coordinates with vendors and Pool Management to keep the facility clean, comfortable, and in compliance with health codes. Mike is enthusiastic about improvements at LT and works closely with Ross to ensure that the pool looks great for members and guests.

Social Directors
Annie Lupardus and
Dennis Mahoney
Annie and Dennis plan our pool-wide social events, including the season kickoff Opening Party, the School's Out Splash Party, community-building summer BBQs, and Las-Toberfest. They also facilitate party reservations for members who wish to host personal events at Las Trampas Pool.
Annie and her family joined LT in 2021, while Dennis and his family have been members since 2018.

Kevin Vance
As LT's Pool Manager, Kevin mentors our lifeguard team by emphasizing accountability and strong character. He leads through hands-on training and clear communication, ensuring every staff member is prepared to uphold the highest standards of safety. By fostering a culture of safety and integrity, Kevin ensures that Las Trampas Pool remains a secure and welcoming environment for all our families.
Kevin and his family joined us at Las Trampas in 2025.
