My name is Hanna Straw, I'm currently a senior at southwestern academy boarding school in Pasadena.  This summer will be my 16th year swimming
for las trampas. My family has been very involved with las trampas my entire life. During my years swimming my two older sisters coached me,
and although at the time I didn't like it, now I see it as a blessing because I would not be where I am today in swimming without them. They
pushed me to my limits and taught me things about swimming that no one else ever has.

I started swimming as a mudskipper when I was three years old and moved up to six and unders when I was five. I've always loved swimming
for las trampas because it was such a wonderful community and the friends I made while in mudskippers I still swim with. This summer will
be my last summer swimming for las trampas and I'm so glad that I will be able to swim and coach!
